We’re looking for a detail-driven, organized, and analytical Operations Support Specialist to help support company-wide operational initiatives. If you enjoy tracking progress, improving processes, organizing data, and helping teams execute at a higher level — this role was built for you.

• Assist with implementation and tracking of company-wide operational initiatives and process improvements.
• Collect, organize, and maintain operational data including inventory accuracy, freight metrics, productivity, and workflow performance.
• Prepare operational summaries, reports, and KPI dashboards for leadership review.
• Track assigned KPIs and assist with branch follow-up to ensure accountability and consistency.
• Help document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify workflow inefficiencies.
• Track timelines, action items, and deliverables related to operational projects.
• Assist with branch openings, consolidations, or operational transitions as needed.
• Work closely with Corporate Operations & Logistics, Area Operations, Field Operations, and Branch Managers to ensure alignment.
• Participate in periodic branch visits to observe workflow, support operational assessments, and assist with implementation efforts.

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, distribution, or business support preferred
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented mindset with high accuracy in reporting and documentation
• Analytical ability — comfortable working with data and identifying trends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Professional demeanor and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Willingness to travel periodically within our footprint (WV, OH, KY, IL, VA, NC, SC)

Electrical distribution or wholesale industry experience is a plus — but not required.
