Inbound Customer Service Rep

Manpower is seeking an outgoing customer service associate to join our client's team as an Inbound Call Representative!

** We are looking for one full time and one part time for role.*
* Hours:

Day Shift start time can vary

Pay: 12.00 per hour

** What will you do?*
* - Schedule patient appointments

- Manage large numbers of inbound calls

- Research customer needs and provide solutions

- Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

- Communicate effectively with patients with hearing difficulties

** What makes you a great fit?*
* - Customer Service and Call Center experience

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Strong computer skills

- Excellent telephone communication skills

- Organized, driven, team-oriented, and positive

- Must be a quick learner
