The Assistant Coach for Marshall University Women’s Soccer plays a vital role in supporting the overall success and daily operations of the program. This position assists the Head Coach in all aspects of coaching, player development, recruiting, and game preparation. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to help foster a high-performance environment that aligns with the university’s academic and athletic values.

The Assistant Coach will contribute to on-field training sessions, scouting, opponent analysis, and student-athlete mentorship. This position is instrumental in supporting the holistic development of student-athletes and advancing the competitive success and reputation of Marshall Women’s Soccer within the Sun Belt Conference and NCAA Division I landscape.
