What you'll be doing- Lead underground mine planning, production scheduling and mine development activities
- Oversee underground blasting, ventilation planning and ground control to deliver safe, efficient operations
- Drive continuous improvements in productivity, cost performance and operational safety
- Partner with site leadership to develop mining strategies and support future expansion projects
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
- 5+ years' experience in underground hard rock mining
- Strong knowledge of underground blasting, ventilation systems, mine planning and mine safety
- Proven ability to deliver operational improvements while maintaining the highest safety standards
