Key Accountabilities/Essential Functions of the Job- Perform Risk Assesments for Cap Ex Projects and targeted processes. 25
- Delevop standards and procedures to support the Coporate and Engineering Process Safety Road Map. 40
- Provide Process Safety technical support to Cap Ex Project teams. 10
- Conduct Process Safety audits with EHS. 10
- Provide training to Cap Ex teams 5
- Maintain an upgrade ARA software for Hazard Review. 10
Education
- B.S. degree in technical field, preferably Chemical Engineering
Experience
- 10 years minimum Process Safety experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge
- Chemical manufacturing processes & plant operations, fundamental engineering & chemistry principles, EHS standards, business & financial principles
Licensure & Certifications
- TUV Functional Safety Certification would be a value add.
Travel Requirement 20-35% typical
