State Electric Supply Co. has been a leader in the electrical distribution industry since 1952, operating across 42 locations in 7 states. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Pricing Analyst to join our team and help us deliver excellence to our customers.

• Creating, maintaining, and auditing all customer pricing records within internal systems.
• Analyzing pricing and sales data using tools such as Phocas and Pricing AI to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop pricing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Making informed pricing decisions based on AI-driven recommendations, historical data, and market feedback.
• Partnering with branch contacts and vendors to establish and update special pricing agreements.
• Ensuring all pricing agreements are properly documented, scanned, and indexed for easy reference.
• Providing support and guidance to internal teams regarding pricing structures and system functionality.
• Monitoring pricing performance and recommending adjustments to improve margin and competitiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and pricing software (e.g., Phocas, Pricing AI).
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
