Overview
Seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a part-time, school-based health center in Smithville, WV. Work collaboratively with a team to deliver primary care in a rural, underserved community, including diagnosing, managing conditions, promoting wellness, and patient education.
Responsibilities- Evaluations
- Ordering tests
- Prescribing treatments
- Collaborating with healthcare staff
- Graduate of an accredited program
- National certification
- WV licensure
- Prescriptive authority
- BLS (ACLS preferred)
- Comfort working independently

- Flexible schedule (Monday & Thursday, 7:30-4:00)

Work location involves in-person care, with a minimum of 16 hours/week.
