Shaner Hotels has an opportunity at our Doubletree by Hilton Huntington located near Marshall University in downtown Huntington. We offer over 20,000 sq ft of meeting space and a seasonal outdoor pool. Guests can visit the Doppio Albero restaurant and Bootleggers lounge for comfort foods and craft cocktails.

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Ensure compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintain food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
• Ensure communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Serv Safe and/or food safety training.
• Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

This is predominantly a Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday morning schedule.
