Help Desk Analyst

** Job Summary*
* Manpower is seeking a skilled  
** IT Support Technician
** to join our client's team. In this role, you will install, modify, and perform minor repairs on computer hardware and software systems. You will also provide hands-on technical assistance, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure smooth daily operations.

* ** Key Responsibilities*
* + Install or assist with the installation of hardware and peripheral devices (monitors, keyboards, printers, disk drives) at client or user locations.

+ Load, configure, and maintain software packages such as operating systems, word processing programs, and spreadsheet applications.

+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or network-related issues.

+ Provide instruction and support to users regarding equipment, software, and technical documentation.

+ Respond to system and network inquiries, diagnosing concerns and guiding users through solutions.

+ Collaborate with network users to identify improvements or adjustments needed for optimal performance.

+ Coordinate with external vendors for specialized network management tasks.

+ Assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining network security systems.

** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

** 1-2 years of related IT support or technical experience.
