Infrastructure & Automation Support Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on Infrastructure & Automation Support Engineer to support advanced manufacturing operations and next-generation logistics automation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with servers, networks, applications, and emerging technologies like autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and automated guided vehicles (AGVs).

• gSupport enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and telecommunications system
• sProvide Tier 2 technical support for production-critical systems and application
• sTroubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issue
• sSupport autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), AGVs, and other automation technologies operating within manufacturing environment
• sMonitor infrastructure health, alerts, and system performance using enterprise monitoring tool
• sAssist with server installations, hardware refreshes, break/fix activities, and infrastructure upgrade
• sSupport network operations including switch installations, port activations, wireless troubleshooting, and telecom maintenanc
• eCoordinate with vendors and internal teams during installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activitie
• sMaintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and change management record
• sSupport planned maintenance windows, plant shutdown activities, and infrastructure project
• sParticipate in an on-call rotation supporting critical production system
