Job DescriptionThe Application Systems Analyst serves as a technical business analyst within the Information Technology organization, bridging business units and IT to ensure the effective operation, configuration, and optimization of institutional applications. This role supports a portfolio of enterprise and departmental systems, partners with stakeholders to understand business needs, and delivers solutions through application configuration, workflow automation, and data analysis. The position combines functional application support, reporting and analytics, and technical problem solving.
Responsibilities- Support workflow and forms platforms.
- Maintain system integrations and configurations.
- Provide Tier 2 application support.
- Develop operational and analytical reporting to support institutional decision-making.

- Work week is 37.5 hrs.
- Almost two weeks off for Winter Break.
