Business Systems Analyst; ERP Technical Analyst

Overview

The Business Systems Analyst I will assist in analysis, specifications, and design of automated systems as well as assist in the implementation of new systems or modifying existing ones. This role investigates problems related to business solutions and provides application support. It examines existing and new systems for improvement, reports common issues, evaluates company performance, and recommends new system procedures. The role creates and implements reports and analysis that help maximize the effectiveness of healthcare business management initiatives and strategies, produces requirements, gathers and writes functional specifications, performs workflow analysis, serves as liaison between the customer and the technical team, and provides project management support.

Additional duties include developing test plans and test scripts, offering analytical expertise to support data quality improvement, and recommending methods to minimize workloads.

• Assist in analysis, specification, and design of automated systems; support the implementation and modification of systems.
• Investigate problems related to business solutions and provide application support.
• Examine existing and new systems for improvement; report common issues; evaluate performance; and recommend new system procedures.
• Create and implement reports and analysis to maximize the effectiveness of healthcare business management initiatives and strategies; produce requirements; gather and write functional specifications; perform workflow analysis; act as liaison between the customer and the technical team; provide project management support.
• Develop test plans and test scripts; provide analytical expertise to support data quality improvement; recommend methods to minimize workloads.

• Infor Cloud Suite ERP Technical Analyst experience or similar role with a track record of successful ERP implementations and support.
• Administer, configure, and maintain the system to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and test system updates, patches, and new modules.
• Experience customizing security roles within Infor Cloud Suite ERP.
• Recommend and implement system admin processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Provide system technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related problems.
• Create and maintain Infor Cloud Suite ERP customizations (RICE Items: Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extracts) as needed for enterprise optimization and alignment.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for database improvements.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments to integrate the ERP system with other business applications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and ERP best practices.
• General knowledge of healthcare-specific ERP solutions is advantageous.
