A growing firm is seeking a REMOTE (NJ licensed) Worker's Compensation Attorney

* Must reside in NY, NJ, DE, PA, West VA

Qualifications :

-5+ Years of experience

-JD Degree

-Valid Bar license

-Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written)

-Legal research experience

-Time management

-Great growth potential-Recent expansion of the firm

Responsibilities :

-Represent clients in Workers Comp defense cases

-Draft legal documents

-Attend hearings (vitually when possible)

-Collaborate effectively while working remote

-Conduct legal research
