• Performs skilled work in maintaining HVAC systems, devices, and controls, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Maintains generators: refueling, checking fluids, testing, and assisting with repairs.
• Maintains chemical stations for boilers and chillers, troubleshooting controllers, and assisting with chemical delivery.

• Responds to trouble calls to ensure efficient operations.
• Inspects and maintains water, steam, pneumatic lines, and equipment.
• Monitors and adjusts system parameters.
• Performs repairs, documentation, and inspections as required.
• Operates tools and interprets technical drawings.
• Follows environmental and safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as necessary.
