** Job Responsibilities
*** Oversee a group of operators on the day shift
* Ensure all activities left over from night shift are completed
* Identify and troubleshoot issues that can occur during the shift
* Ensure all orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner
* Always Obey the “General Rules for All Employees” and ensure that all RPS employees follow the same rules
* Complete all paperwork as assigned
* Perform other duties as assigned
* Primary emphasis on SHE compliance and production performance
* Promote and support Koppers goal of Zero Harm and Zero Waste
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
* Relevant supervisory job experience in the manufacturing industry
* Safety, health, and environmental awareness
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Team player
* Experience with Microsoft Office Products
