• Experience: 2+ years of recent ICU / Critical Care RN experience required (first-time travel nurses welcome)
• Certification: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Availability: Ability to work nights and rotate weekends/holidays as needed

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients across ICU and critical care units as assigned
• Perform assessments, prioritize interventions, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and monitor patients per unit protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and patient/family education
• Document patient care accurately and on time in Cerner (EMR)
• Support unit workflow by floating within the critical care service line based on staffing and patient needs
