We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and be responsible for providing direct care services in a state healthcare facility. Perform basic technical skills, adhering to the Nursing Department’s policies and procedures. - Collaboration: Work efficiently and cooperatively with residents/patients, families, nursing personnel, and other facility departments.
- Communication: Effectively communicate treatment information, nursing actions, resident needs, and observations to the appropriate persons, and document this information in line with Nursing Department policies.
- Supportive Environment: Support Nursing Services and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations.
This position is for the Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital location in Huntington, West Virginia. It is cross‑posted as a Health Service Worker. The final classification upon employment will depend on whether the applicant possesses an active West Virginia certification or registration as a Nursing Assistant or Nurse Aide.
