Carilion Clinic seeks a Home Health Nurse (RN) for a flexible two-days-per-week schedule with one weekend per month, serving patients in the Bedford/Lexington area. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients of all ages using EMR systems, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
You must be a graduate nurse with a Virginia RN license; BLS and orientation/competency are required, with benefits and mileage reimbursement provided.
