American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Float RN for a night shift position at a Level II Trauma teaching hospital, requiring 2+ years of experience.
Details- Medical Surgical Float unit within a short term acute care, major teaching hospital
- Level II Trauma facility affiliated with the Council of Teaching Hospitals and Health Systems (COTH)
- 330 staffed beds
- Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 7:00
- Uses Cerner charting system
- May float to Surgery, requiring a change into provided surgical scrubs
- Active RN license (West Virginia or Compact) currently in hand
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Black scrubs required, or a Cabell T-shirt may be worn in place of a scrub top
- Free parking available in a lot and parking garage for travelers
- Candidates must complete lab work within 72 hours of signing contract
- Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not accepted
- Two professional references required for consideration
