We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment in Elkins, West Virginia
. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assist with treatment plans, administer medications, and support residents in achieving the highest level of health and well-being.
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or healthcare provider.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes promptly.
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
- Current BLS certification preferred.
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
