- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of West Virginia required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience required
- Current CPR certification required
- Updated TB skin test required
- Ability to perform physical job duties including assisting residents as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage medication administration accurately
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician
- Maintain accurate documentation of medications, treatments, and resident care
- Support resident safety, comfort, and quality of life
- Follow facility policies and infection control guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
- Weekly pay with direct deposit
