Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager II to own quality on capital projects from the owner's/EPC side. You write the project quality plan, set surveillance and audit programs, qualify vendors, and report quality performance to project manager and the owner's quality organization.
You will lead audits, review contractor QC plans, manage nonconformance, corrective actions, and lessons learned, and communicate quality metrics and risks to project leadership.
