Compensation
Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional CompensationAnnual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and ensure clothing racks, tables, and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
