Specialty Sales Representative, EMS Clinical and Software

• Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry to support existing clients
• Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
• Manage and report on sales activity during review meetings with management
• Build rapport with customers and territory sales managers through professional service
• Respond to customer concerns and ensure appropriate escalation for resolution

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience in account management and achieving sales/revenue goals
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities

• Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Ability to influence people at all levels within an organization
