Overview
St. Mary's Medical Center is looking for a Full Time Security Officer for the Main Campus.
Responsibilities- Provide 24/7 coverage of safety and security to the patients, visitors, and employees of St. Mary’s Medical Center on duty.
- Protect patients, staff, and visitors; report on building security and safety issues.
- Be responsible for parking lot safety, security, and protocol.
- Conduct investigations, both criminal and non-criminal.
- Provide special event coverage, including media-related events and VIP coverage.
- Assist with uncooperative individuals who interfere with staff’s ability to provide patient care and provide escorts for individuals on campus.
- Provide motorist assistance, including battery jump starts and door unlocks.
- Secure patient valuables and write and submit reports.
