Greet guests and check tickets at entry Doors to ensure valid tickets and credentials;
Direct guests to proper entrances and seating areas, assist with way finding and safety;
Inspect areas for hazards, report incidents or equipment issues to supervisor, and coordinate with security/EMS as needed;
Scan/tear tickets and communicate with staff via radio to control access;
Assist with emergency evacuations and lost and found procedures
