Position OverviewWe are seeking a lead-skilled and reliable Floor & Tile Installer to join a growing team. This role involves installing a variety of flooring and tile materials in residential remodeling projects, primarily kitchens and bathrooms. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities- Install tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and other flooring materials
- Measure, cut, and properly fit materials to project specifications
- Prepare surfaces by leveling, cleaning, and applying adhesives
- Layout tile patterns and ensure proper alignment
- Grout, seal, and finish tile installations
- Remove old flooring and dispose of materials properly
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and customers as needed
- MUST have a min of 5 years experience specifically in flooring and tile installation.
* Required (will need to provide portfolio of previous work) - Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read measurements and work from project plans
- Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Huntington area
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
