** Position Overview*
* We are seeking a Lead-skilled and reliable  
** Floor & Tile Installer
** to join a growing team. This role involves installing a variety of flooring and tile materials in residential remodeling projects, primarily kitchens and bathrooms. This is a  
** temp-to-perm opportunity
** with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Install tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and other flooring materials

+ Measure, cut, and properly fit materials to project specifications

+ Prepare surfaces by leveling, cleaning, and applying adhesives

+ Layout tile patterns and ensure proper alignment

+ Grout, seal, and finish tile installations

+ Remove old flooring and dispose of materials properly

+ Maintain a clean and safe job site

+ Collaborate with team members, contractors, and customers as needed

** Qualifications*
* + MUST have a min of 5 years experience specifically in flooring and tile installation.
* Required (will need to provide portfolio of previous work)

+ Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

+ Ability to read measurements and work from project plans

+ Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods

+ Reliable transportation to job sites in the Huntington area

+ Dependable with a strong work ethic
