Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Pega CLM KYC to design, develop, and optimize client lifecycle management solutions within the BPMPega domain.
Job DescriptionDesign, develop, and implement Pega CLM solutions focused on KYC processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for client onboarding and KYC workflows. Customize and configure Pega applications to meet client‑specific compliance and regulatory needs. Integrate Pega CLM solutions with third‑party systems and data sources to enhance automation and data accuracy. Ensure solutions comply with KYC and AML regulations and support efficient risk management.
Develop scalable, maintainable, and high‑performance BPM solutions using Pega technology. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega CLM implementations. Stay updated with the latest Pega platform features and industry best practices in client lifecycle management.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Pega CLM KYC projects ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a technical authority on Pega BPM solutions providing guidance and best practices to the team.
- Collaborate closely with architects and cross‑functional teams to design robust and compliant solutions.
- Review development work to ensure adherence to technical, functional, and performance standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members in Pega development and process automation.
- Conduct code and design reviews to maintain high‑quality deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within client lifecycle management.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
