Prime focus Health has been made aware of a phishing scam where con artists are posing as recruiters or hiring managers for prominent companies using email, text messages and social media to access personal information of potential applicants. In this scam, fake recruiters are creating misleading email addresses, conducting remote interviews and extending fraudulent job offers to collect personal and financial information.

This type of fraud is normally carried out through online services such as fake websites or through fake email addresses claiming to be from the company. Here’s what you should know to help protect your information from scammers:
Authentic email addresses use the  domain. Always take precautions when sharing personal information. We will never require personal banking information in the recruiting/interview process. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on growing and supporting a team of engineers to develop secure, scalable microservices and mobile/web solutions for our healthcare platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep engineering expertise, strong people management skills, and a passion for driving technical execution in a mission-driven startup environment.

This position reports to the VP of Engineering and offers significant opportunity to influence product strategy and engineering excellence.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in West Virginia, with onsite presence as per the schedule proposed by the manager. Candidates should expect regular in-person collaboration, and occasional travel (up to 15%) may be required across West Virginia, California, and New York for customer site visits, team offsites, or relevant industry events.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–8 software engineers across backend and mobile app development
• Provide mentorship, technical direction, and career support for engineers at all levels
