Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Huntley, IL

Exciting opportunities are available for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) eager to make a meaningful impact in school settings. We're seeking three contract BCBAs to provide services across a diverse educational landscape, serving K-12 students from August 3, 2026, through May 21, 2027.

This role offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to collaborate with school teams across multiple communities.

Flexible scheduling accommodates both full-time (37.5 hours/week) and part-time professionals. Locations span several districts; specific needs include one BCBA in the East Aurora area, another for Algonquin, Carpentersville, and Hampshire, and a third providing itinerant support to a few districts.

Key

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Active IDFPR Behavior Analyst certification (PEL not required)
• Experience working in educational or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills for working with school teams, students, and families
• Adaptability and comfort navigating multiple sites or schools

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students K-12
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and collaborate with IEP teams
• Offer consultation and training to school staff on positive behavior supports
• Observe students in classrooms, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Communicate regularly with educators and caregivers to promote student success
• Provide itinerant or site-based services depending on assignment
