The role includes direct patient care, teaching, committee participation and ongoing process improvement within a culture of teamwork and patient-first values.
Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, IL licensure, and BLS certification;
Master’s or Doctoral degree preferred. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available.
