Physical Therapist-$7500 Sign-on Lymphedema/Ortho Hybrid Full-time

This position is a Lymphedema/Ortho Hybrid position working out of our Huntley and Woodstock Clinics.

The Physical Therapist reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, teaching, participation on appropriate committees and departmental process improvement. Serves as a role model for all therapists and clinical interns in all aspects of professional, clinical, communication, education and leadership activities.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, a license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois, and BLS from the American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred qualifications include a Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy.
