You will clean homes throughout Barrington, Algonquin, Crystal Lake, Lake Zurich, and nearby Northwest Chicago suburbs. Most days, you'll work with a partner cleaning the homes of our regular clients. You'll travel between homes, following cleaning instructions and helping keep kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas looking their best. Some smaller homes may be cleaned independently once you're fully trained. No experience?
No problem! We provide 1–3 weeks of paid, hands‑on training with an experienced Happy Maids cleaning professional.
Monday–Friday, daytime only. No nights or weekends! Start times are typically between 7–9 AM, with most employees finishing between 3–5 PM, depending on the day's schedule.
What We're Looking For- Dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with active, hands‑on work
- Able to work independently and with a partner
- Comfortable driving between client homes
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass a background check
