Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Inventory & Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations in a fast‑paced corrugated packaging environment. This role is responsible for managing inventory data, ensuring accurate stock levels, coordinating order processing, and delivering excellent service to customers. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments and with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory records, including raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished goods
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Enter, update, and manage data within inventory and ERP systems
- Process customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and follow‑up
- Communicate order status, lead times, and delivery updates to customers
- Collaborate with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure on‑time fulfillment
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and customer issues
- Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and order trends
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory control and customer service processes
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management, data entry, or customer service (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Experience in corrugated packaging or similar industry is a plus
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced setting
