What You'll Do

* Work with Production Supervisor to keep production quality up to standards.

* Assist in making sets of color standards in the QA Lab.

* Enter material requisition info in the stock traceability log.

* Support both the press and offline department.

* If necessary, test any materials required on the testing equipment in the lab.

* Work with the ink room techs to ensure the color is correct for new or existing jobs.

* File press cards, proofs, color standards and press retains as directed.

* Inspect incoming material.

* Review and approve raw material certificate of analysis

* Write concise reports on projects/issues to communicate to the QA Manager.

* Work with QA Manager to conduct environmental monitoring.

* Participate in internal and external audits as required.

* Participate in root cause analysis for customer complaints.
