Review work orders, drawings, and specifications to determine materials, procedures, and sequence of operations for assembly and polishing tasks;
Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions and reference points on metal stock to prepare materials for machining and assembly;
Operate mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, shapers, and other equipment to machine and prepare components for assembly;
Fit and assemble finished parts, making minor modifications as needed to achieve optimal fit and function;
Inspect finished molds for smoothness, contour, conformity, and defects, ensuring they meet quality and customer requirements
