Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work around manufacturing equipment throughout the shift
• Ability to wear required PPE

• Set up, operate, and monitor production and packaging equipment
• Measure, blend, package, and label products according to specifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure product consistency and compliance
• Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily goals
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance issues
• Complete production records and batch documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and safety standards
• Assist with material handling, palletizing, packaging, and general warehouse duties
• Support team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
