*** Oversees medication distribution as stated on physician orders, ensuring strict adherence to Community medication management documentation and procedure, and demonstrating steadfast dedication to resident safety
* Upon thorough assessment, creates personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs while championing resident independence and dignity
* Cultivates communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family, fostering an effective exchange of communication pertaining to the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents
* Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
* Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experience## Qualifications

*** Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
* Current CPR certification
