Position OverviewWe are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager. This role is a great opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about product quality and continuous improvement.
As part of DOGA's Quality team, you will play a key role in supporting production, ensuring product compliance, and maintaining high standards across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Commercial team with prototypes, part identification, and related requests
- Perform final assembly and inspection of outgoing components
- Maintain calibrated tools and ensure an organized quality workspace
- Review and interpret technical drawings to inspect and analyze components
- Analyze warehouse materials, field failures, and warranty returns
- Prepare clear and accurate quality reports
- Perform rework on non-conforming or suspect materials
- Assist the Quality Manager with daily quality activities as needed
- Communicate directly with customers regarding quality matters
- Participate in customer quality meetings
- Conduct on-site inspections when required
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Fluent in English (required);
Spanish is a plus - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience with small motors is a plus
- SAP experience preferred

Salary: $25 per hour
