Hourly Wage

$20 - $33 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation may be paid as premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending most of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
