Accounting Clerk

Description

Robert Half is consistently seeking skilled Accounting Clerks for upcoming opportunities in the Huntsville area. If you have a passion for numbers, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

+ Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

+ Maintain and reconcile financial records and ledgers

+ Assist with invoice processing and expense reports

+ Support month-end closing procedures

+ Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding discrepancies

+ Prepare basic financial reports as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical roles preferred

+ Strong organizational and time management skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software

+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
