Part-Time Accounting Position - Huntsville, AL; Huntsville, AL

VCI is seeking a Part-Time Accounting professional to provide accounting and financial support in Huntsville, AL
.

• Process and maintain financial records
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare invoices and payment documentation
• Reconcile accounts and review financial transactions
• Enter and maintain accounting data
• Assist with monthly financial reporting
• Maintain organized accounting files and records
• Communicate with vendors and internal staff regarding financial matters
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework or degree preferred
• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
