S3, Inc. has an immediate need for a Sr. Executive Assistant who will provide technical support to our STORM Technical contract at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Description: The Senior Executive Assistant provides executive-level administrative and operational support to the Project Manager (PM) within the Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office.

This position requires an individual who operates with a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and independent judgment in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provides direct daily administrative and operational support to the PM.
  • Manages and maintains the PM s official calendar.
  • Coordinates all official PM travel utilizing the Defense Travel System.
  • Manages PM communications including phone calls, emails, correspondence, and official taskers from all external stakeholders.
  • Maintains situational awareness of PM priorities, deadlines, program milestones, and leadership commitments.
  • Prepares, formats, and distributes all PM executive correspondence, memoranda, briefing materials, and decision-support products related to program execution.
  • Coordinates internal and external meetings including Integrated Product Team meetings, Program Management Reviews, milestone events, industry engagements, and senior leader briefings.
  • Manages action items, suspense dates, and taskers assigned by or to the PM.
  • Manages official records, calendars, and correspondence files in accordance with Department of War records management and handles sensitive, pre-decisional, acquisition-sensitive, and Controlled Unclassified Information material.
Qualifications
  • Requires a Masters’ degree and 8 years of experience, a Bachelors’ Degree and 10 years of experience, or a HS diploma and 14 years of experience.
  • Must have a secret level or higher DoD security clearance.
  • 4 or more years of proficiency with the Defense Travel System.
  • 4 or more years of 4-5 proficiency experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • 4 or more years of experience managing executive correspondence in accordance with Army Regulation 25-50
    - Preparing and Managing Correspondence, equivalent Department of War.
  • 3 or more years of experience managing official records, calendars, and correspondence files in accordance with Department of War records management, and handling sensitive, pre-decisional, acquisition-sensitive, and Controlled Unclassified Information material.
  • 3 or more years of experience communicating and interacting effectively and professionally with senior leaders and key organizational leaders.
