Position: Admissions Enrollment Assistant (OA).
  • Provides administrative assistance in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) the Proponent-Sponsored Engineer Corps Training (PROSPECT) programs.
  • Assists the registrars in determining the impact of current policy and/or work procedures on student enrollment and pre-course activities by providing feedback based on interaction with students, training coordinators, and instructional teams.
  • Review academic and official documents regarding participant admissions, course enrollment and program completion.
  • Prepares interpretive material in the form of graphs, diagrams, and charts for inclusion in statistical reports.
  • Assists the Lead Training Administrator and Registrar Section by performing general administrative and logistical duties of the Admissions and Registration Sections.

Requirements Conditions of employment
  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
