We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. This in-office role will support daily business operations by managing schedules, coordinating office activities, preparing documents, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support to staff and leadership. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to departments, managers, and team members.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents.
• Maintain organized filing systems, records, and office documentation.
• Order office supplies and support general office operations.
• Greet visitors and assist with front office responsibilities as needed.
• Help coordinate internal communications, projects, and special administrative assignments.
