Position

Boeing Global Services is looking for a Recovery Project Lead (Level
4) to join the Supply Chain Recovery team.

Locations: Seattle, WA;
Long Beach, CA;
St. Louis, MO;
Mesa, AZ;
Philadelphia, PA;
Huntsville, AL.

Position Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationship with Suppliers at all Levels
  • Partner with supplier to develop and lead Supplier Recovery Roadmap and Projects – ensuring progress to plan & actions
  • Coordinate, collaborate and present Recovery Project Plans, Status, Actions and Help Needed with Supply Chain teams & key stakeholders
  • Collaborate and develop sense of ownership with internal teams such as Supplier Management, Planning, Engineering, Supplier Quality and Global Field Ops to actively engage on recovery efforts with supplier
  • Lead the development of mitigation plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs
  • Analyze supplier and internal business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities
  • Strong communication skills, collaboration, and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role
  • Travel requirement: 50-75% – minimum twice monthly
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager
  • 5+ years of experience managing supplier relationships
  • 5+ years of experience applying risk management and mitigation principles
  • 5+ years of project management
  • 5+ years of cross‑functional experience
  • Strong communication and relational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Forecasting, asset management, and collaborative planning
  • Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external)
  • Experience working with suppliers and managing a supply base in a dynamic environment with frequent expedited procurement demands
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environment
  • Experience implementing process and/or strategy improvements and an applied understanding of Lean practices
  • Build effective briefings
  • Collaborating respectfully
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with demonstrated ability to drive results
  • Experience in supply chain capacity planning
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
