As an Operational Data Analyst
, you will be responsible for overseeing the status of partner accounts to identify inconsistencies and resolve potential issues.

• Create and send accurate invoices and credit memos to partners.
• Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and validation within the data platforms.
• Assist partners with setting up different payment methods.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Document and resolve account or invoice issues as they occur.
• Create thorough reports on operational activities to produce clear and reliable data.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries.
• Work closely with finance and operational teams to address issues.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in an operational data analyst role.
• Experience with Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft 365, MS Word, etc.
• Knowledge of Rev.io software.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
• 1+ years of Net Suite experience preferred.
