Position OverviewAs an Operational Data Analyst
, you will be responsible for overseeing the status of partner accounts to identify inconsistencies and resolve potential issues.
- Create and send accurate invoices and credit memos to partners.
- Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and validation within the data platforms.
- Assist partners with setting up different payment methods.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Document and resolve account or invoice issues as they occur.
- Create thorough reports on operational activities to produce clear and reliable data.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries.
- Work closely with finance and operational teams to address issues.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in an operational data analyst role.
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft 365, MS Word, etc.
- Knowledge of Rev.io software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- 1+ years of Net Suite experience preferred.
