JobOverview
We are seeking a full-time, remote Proposal/Business Development Lead, with a minimum of 3 years' experience, to join our dynamic team. This individual will drive proposal development, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. The Lead will coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct competitive analysis, and develop growth strategies to expand partnerships and secure funding. You will represent Project Omega in external engagements and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at furthering our vision.
Key Responsibilities- Build, lead, and manage the proposal development process from start to finish
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities and partnerships
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposal accuracy and alignment
- Perform market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling
- Maintain and foster relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Represent Project Omega in external meetings and industry events
- Contribute to strategic initiatives to drive growth and secure funding
- Strong skills in proposal writing, business development, and project management
- Analytical abilities for market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling
- Experience in stakeholder management, negotiation, and client relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and project management platforms
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to obtain security clearance as needed
