S3, Inc. has an immediate need for a Budget Analyst to provide support to our STORM Technical contract at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Description:

The Financial/Budget Analyst is responsible for supporting the Precision Guided Munitions and Rockets (PGMR) Product Manager for coordination of multiple databases and planning documentation for the entire suite of munitions. Directly supports the Product Office APMs/Managers in developing their annual and long‑term plans.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates with the PGMR leadership and subordinate APM.
  • Prepares and enters consolidated information into the Program Management Automated Data Systems and other databases.
  • Monitors all the various databases to include the evolving status of obligations and progress against the plans.
  • Works directly with Government Analysts to work issues, data calls, prepares and coordinates answers to funding taskers, and assists the APMs in developing white papers/briefings to multiple OSD/DA "what- if" requests.
  • Assists all PGMR APMs/Managers and STORM Business Management Directorate in monitoring PGMR OSD/DA goals across multiple years.
Qualifications
  • 13 years of experience and a HS diploma or a Bachelor's degree and 9 years’ of experience.
  • Possess an active Secret or higher DoW security clearance.
  • At least two or more years of financial experience in government and leading groups or subgroups of personnel in a specific mission goal related to finance and budget.
  • At least two or more years of experience coordinating between the functional elements of an organization?
  • At least one year of experience planning and executing key budget/financial meetings and telecoms.
  • At least a level 3 out of 5 competency with Microsoft applications ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
